01Program

Build your own AI RevOps partner with us.

Prady is in development. We are working with the first ten design partners: RevOps leaders who want a say in what gets built, and who get it at a price that reflects that.

What you get

  • Design partner pricing: $25K platform fee a year plus AI usage, locked in for your first 12 months
  • Unlimited reps and users. Nothing is seat-based
  • Hands-on setup, with the founder working alongside you
  • A vote on which job we build next
  • Early access to each job as it ships

What we ask

  • A 30-minute feedback call each week for the first eight weeks
  • Access to a sample of your pipeline data under a signed agreement
  • Honest feedback, especially on what is wrong
  • Optionally, a case study if the results are good, only with your approval

Who it is for

  • RevOps and GTM operations leaders at B2B companies
  • Teams on Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Sales teams where inspection and forecast prep take real weekly effort
  • Whoever owns the weekly forecast and pipeline hygiene

02Principle

A forecast is only as good as the pipeline beneath it. Prady keeps that pipeline honest: every update is sourced, every change is approved, and nothing is forgotten between Mondays.

A

Sourced

Every update, brief and finding links to the call, email or CRM field it came from, so you can check it in one click.

B

Approved

Prady proposes changes to your CRM and waits for the deal owner or you. Nothing is overwritten silently.

C

Remembered

The deal data that powers inspection also feeds forecasts, briefs and win/loss, so each job improves the others.

03Inspection

Every open deal, checked against your rules.

Run the inspection below on a sample pipeline. Prady flags what does not hold up and proposes the CRM change, with the source. You decide what goes in.

04Forecast

Never be asked “why did the number move?”

Every Monday, Prady explains the movement from last week, deal by deal, with the source behind each change.

Sample forecast movement since last week

05Rules

Teach it your process in plain English.

You describe your stage rules, forecast definitions and territory logic the way you would to a new hire. Prady shows how it read each rule, so you can correct it.

You write
How Prady read it
Every deal past Discovery needs a next step with a date.
check: next_step.date is set
applies to: stage after Discovery
A proposal needs at least two stakeholders, including the economic buyer.
check: contacts ≥ 2 and economic_buyer is set
applies to: stage = Proposal
Flag any deal with no buyer activity for three weeks.
check: days_since_buyer_activity ≤ 21
applies to: all open deals

Illustrative. The notation shown is a simplified example of how a rule can be confirmed back to you.

Monday

Forecast prep

Tuesday

Deal updates

After customer calls, Prady proposes CRM updates with the source for each one. Deal owners approve them in Slack.

Wednesday

A brief lands before each important call, and a coaching brief is ready before every rep 1:1.

Thursday

Accounts and territories

New accounts are built and scored, and territory scenarios are modeled for the next planning cycle.

Friday

14FAQ

Questions teams ask before they start.

What is Prady?

Prady is an AI RevOps partner for GTM operations. It is being built to inspect the pipeline, propose sourced CRM updates for approval, prepare deal and 1:1 briefs, support forecasting, analyze wins and losses and draft feedback for Product.

Is Prady available today?

Not yet. Prady is in development with the first 10 design partners. Auto deal updates and pipeline inspection are being built first, and the other jobs follow in the order shown on this page.

How is Prady priced?

A platform fee plus AI usage, with unlimited reps and users. Design partners pay $25,000 a year, locked in for their first 12 months, and planned post-launch pricing is $50,000 a year. Nothing is seat-based.

What is the design partner program?

Ten teams build Prady with us. You get design partner pricing, unlimited reps, hands-on setup, a direct line to the founder and a vote on the roadmap. In return we ask for a weekly 30-minute feedback call for the first eight weeks and access to a sample of your pipeline data under a signed agreement.

Who is Prady for?

Prady is built for RevOps and GTM operations leaders at B2B companies using Salesforce or HubSpot, on sales teams where pipeline inspection and forecast prep take real weekly effort.

Does Prady change my CRM on its own?

No. Prady is designed to propose updates with the source for each one, such as the call or email it came from, and to wait for the deal owner or you to approve before anything is written back.

How is Prady different from CRM agents and point tools?

CRM-native agents work inside one platform and point tools each cover one job. Prady is one partner that works across your systems and shares context between jobs, such as using clean deal data for the forecast, briefs and win/loss.

What will Prady connect to?

Planned for the first release: Salesforce and HubSpot CRM, Google and Microsoft calendar and email, call recordings and Slack. Tell us what you use when you apply.

How does Prady keep me in control?

You approve CRM changes, every finding links to its source, and every action is recorded in an audit log. Prady follows the permissions you give it.
